We DID IT!
The challenge started with a warm welcome and a cup of tea from club members at Leadhills, Lanarkshire. We started at 5pm on Saturday 16th in the mists, wind and drizzle for our first challenging 18 holes before a hot coffee and the overnight drive south to a beautiful sunny dawn and a 4:30am tee off at Kington, Herefordshire. After a memorable round of golf, amazing views and a splendid full Herefordshire breakfast, we travelled south west to West Monmouthshire, Gwent. We teed off at 10:45am climbing higher up the course in sunshine and finishing the last putt, tired but on a high at 2:40pm to the cheers of gathered friends and well wishers.
